The dome is solid-weld constructed from 2.5mm 441 stainless steel reinforced with a 5mm Corten steel panel, wrapped in a full 12cm of natural rock-spun wool insulation so it reaches roughly 750°F in about 30 minutes and tops out at a safe 900°F. Its generous cordierite stone deck cooks up to three 10-inch or two 12-inch pizzas at once, while the marine-grade rolling cart with rear wheels, front stabilizer legs, and a lower storage shelf keeps wood, peels, and tools within easy reach.
