Standard sizes are 15'x12', 16'x14', and 18'x16', and we build custom sizes in between. Florida code caps a Luxapod at 400 square feet of floor area and 12 feet of height. Within those limits you choose the frame style (flush or extended), whether to add side windows, and the exterior and interior finishes.

Yes, all Luxapods are engineered to meet Miami-Dade County building codes including hurricane-rated impact windows, structural engineering, and proper permitting. We handle the entire permit process.
