From design to first splash, a custom in-ground pool typically takes 4 to 6 months depending on size, permit timelines in your county, and weather. Poolins are faster. 6 to 8 weeks because there's no excavation. After the consultation we give you a specific schedule for your project.
Yes. We handle the entire permitting process across the South Florida counties we serve: Miami-Dade, Broward, south Palm Beach County (Delray Beach and south), and Monroe. Our team prepares the engineering documents, structural calculations, and barrier compliance paperwork required by each local building department. You never have to deal with the city directly.
Structural shell carries a lifetime warranty. Equipment (pumps, heaters, lighting) carries the manufacturer's warranty, which we register and service for you. Finishes (plaster, tile, coping) carry 1 to 5 year warranties depending on selection, we walk through specifics in the contract.
