We design and install outdoor living environments — pergolas, outdoor kitchens, pools, and full backyard transformations — for clients across the United States and the Caribbean.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit luxapatio.com (the “Site”), contact us, request a consultation, or otherwise interact with our services. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described below.

When you fill out a form, book a consultation, or contact us directly, we collect the information you voluntarily share. This typically includes:

  • Name (first and last)
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Mailing or project address and ZIP code
  • Project details (budget range, timeline, style preferences, photos you upload)

c. Information From Third Parties

To better understand the scope of a potential project, we may look up publicly available property data from county property appraiser records (such as Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Monroe County) using the address you provide. This may include assessed property value, square footage, year built, lot size, and owner name. We also receive attribution and audience data from advertising platforms like Meta and Google when you click one of our ads.

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LUXA PATIO, our customers, or others. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

9. Children’s Privacy
