The Big Joe II is Kamado Joe's most versatile large-format kamado, built for big families and serious entertaining with 450 square inches of cooking space across a 24-inch ceramic surface. Walls of 1.25-inch-thick ceramic lock in heat and moisture, while the dual-adjustment Kontrol Tower top vent dials in everything from a 225°F smoke to a 750°F sear. The Air Lift hinge cuts dome weight by 96% for one-hand lifting, a wire-mesh fiberglass gasket delivers an airtight seal, and the 2-tier Divide & Conquer system, stainless steel grates, built-in thermometer, and ash tool round out a complete setup. This standalone configuration drops into a built-in or custom outdoor kitchen.
