The Margherita delivers authentic wood-fired performance in a footprint sized for the home chef, designed and 100% made in Italy. Its solid-weld dome is built from 2.5mm 441 stainless steel reinforced with a 5mm Corten panel, the exterior from 2.5mm 304 stainless steel, and a full 12cm of insulation surrounds the chamber on every side so the oven hits 750°F in about 30 minutes and a market-leading 900°F max. A front-to-back, side-to-side domed chamber eliminates hot spots for even cooking, and the adjustable stainless steel chimney cap gives you precise control over temperature and heat retention, all kept mobile on its rolling cart.
