A designer builds your kitchen in 3D while you watch, on your own measurements, and the number comes out of it. Not a mood board, and not something we email you next week.
What it is finished in
Pick the finish. Then come put your hand on it.
These are the actual materials we build with, not a mood board. Grouped by where they go, because that is the decision: what sits on the counter, and what wraps the cabinets behind it.
The slab that goes on top of the run. One piece, so there is no seam crossing the middle of your counter, and it is the surface the sun and the salt hit hardest all day.
50 for countertop
The finish moves the price, so the quote is written against the one you pick. Swapping it before fabrication is no problem. Our showroom is in Doral and every one of these is there to touch.

Every kitchen is custom. So is every price.
Most land between $25K and $60K, but nothing here is off a shelf. The size of the run, the appliance package and the finishes all move it.

These are ranges, not a price list. Every kitchen we build is drawn for one specific yard, so the quote comes from the site visit and that visit is free.

Where the number comes from
The length of the run first, then the appliance package, then the finishes. Site work and permitting move it too, which is why the quote comes from your yard and not from a catalogue.
6063-T6
What it is made of
Powder-coated aluminum and 304 stainless, with sintered porcelain or stone tops. No wood veneer and no particle board: those are the two things that fail here first.

How long it takes
Design one to two weeks, permitting two to four, fabrication and install two to six. Engineered drawings and permit submittal are handled in-house.

Yes, in-house. Engineered drawings, NOA-compliant specifications and submittal to your municipality, through our own licensed engineers. Miami-Dade, Broward, south Palm Beach and Monroe each review differently, and coastal and HOA sites add steps.
Usually yes, if it is a built-in and still in good shape. We build the cabinet around its cutout and its venting. Bring us the model number on the site visit and we will tell you straight whether it is worth keeping.
A 10 foot straight run with a grill, storage and a stone top fits most side yards and terraces. Most of the kitchens on this page are longer than what a small yard needs, so do not read the photos as a minimum.
