Either works. Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Saturday during showroom hours. If you book ahead, we have a specialist set aside for you. That's useful for custom designs, full backyard projects, or if you're driving over an hour to visit.
Most visits take 45 minutes to an hour and a half. Quick browse: 20 minutes. Full custom design session: closer to two hours. Bring measurements or photos of your space and we'll make better use of your time.
Completely free. We don't charge for the walkthrough, the design consultation, or the quote. There's no obligation to move forward, and no high-pressure sales. We'd rather you come back ready than feel pushed.
Photos of your backyard (or a few angles from your phone), rough measurements if you have them, and any Pinterest or Instagram saves that inspired you. Don't worry if you have nothing. We'll start from scratch with you.
