Azenco sells exclusively through authorized dealers in the U.S. As Florida's certified Azenco partner, Luxa Patio handles your end-to-end project: site engineering, Miami-Dade permitting, custom 3D design, certified installation crew, and warranty servicing for the lifetime of your pergola. Direct purchase doesn't include any of this, and most local builders aren't certified to install R-Series correctly.

The R-Series comes with a 25+ year limited warranty covering the aluminum structure, powder coating (AAMA 2604, Qualicoat/Qualimarine certified), and mechanical components. Motors and electronics are covered for 5 years. We handle all warranty claims directly with Azenco on your behalf.

Yes. The R-BLADE is engineered and tested to withstand winds up to 190 MPH and is Miami-Dade NOA approved, the strictest wind load standard in the country. Every model includes structural engineering documentation signed by a licensed Florida engineer so your installation passes inspection on the first visit.

Absolutely. Every R-Series pergola is made to measure. You choose the size, color (from the full RAL palette), louver style, mounting type, and add-ons such as retractable screens, heaters, ceiling fans, and integrated LED lighting. No two R-Series installations are exactly alike.

Lead time varies by project. Every R-Series order goes through 3D design approval, permitting, factory production in France, ocean freight to Miami, and final install. The exact schedule depends on the scope of your build, your municipality's permit timeline, and current factory and freight availability. We give every client a clear schedule once your project specs are confirmed.

Yes, all permanent outdoor structures in South Florida require a building permit. The good news is we handle everything, from the zoning survey to the final inspection. Because R-Series products are NOA approved, permit approval is typically faster than with non-approved alternatives.
