COMMERCIAL PROJECT — CASA NEOS, MIAMI

A waterfront restaurant and marketplace on the Miami River. Luxa Patio designed and built the full outdoor program, anchored by a large exterior pergola with motorized shades that lets the team open or enclose the dining deck on demand. Custom finishes, hurricane-rated structure, and integrated lighting complete the venue.

RESIDENTIAL PROJECT — PRIVATE HOME, MIAMI

A full backyard transformation on a private residence. Custom pool, integrated outdoor kitchen, pergola with motorized shade, deck and surfaces, and architectural lighting. Every element designed and installed by one team to feel like a single composition.

Both. Some clients come for a single pergola or kitchen, others want the entire backyard reimagined. Either way, the project goes through one team. If you start with one element and add later, we keep the design language consistent so the space grows cohesively.

Single-element projects (pergola, prefab kitchen, Luxapod) typically range from $25K to $80K. Mid-size combinations (kitchen plus pergola plus surfacing) range from $80K to $200K. Full backyard transformations with pool, kitchen, structures, and finishes typically run $200K and up. We provide a transparent itemized quote after your free consultation.

Timelines depend entirely on scope. A standalone prefab kitchen can install in weeks. A full backyard with pool, pergola, and kitchen typically runs four to nine months from contract to final walk-through, including permits and engineering. We give every client a clear schedule once project specs are confirmed.

Yes. Every project includes permitting, structural engineering, gas and electrical sign-offs, and Miami-Dade NOA documentation where applicable. You never deal with the city directly. Every drawing is signed by a licensed Florida engineer.

Across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, plus the Florida Keys. We also offer remote design services through Zoom for clients outside South Florida who want our design team for a project they will build with a local contractor.

Yes. Our 35,000 sqft showroom in Doral has live builds of pergolas, outdoor kitchens, Luxapods, pools, and finish samples for everything we install. Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Saturday.
