First and foremost, the health and well-being of our staff, customers and partners remains top of mind and our highest priority, and we will continue to act thoughtfully despite the disruption and uncertainty COVID-19 brings to our daily lives. As part of the community, we are navigating this situation with flexibility, learning and adapting as new information is made available. to ensure that we continue to operate responsibly. We’ve already taken a series of precautionary steps in response to this emerging public health impact:
1. Follow Guidance.
We are taking guidance from the CDC and local health authorities, and are prepared to cease regular operations if such a measure is required.
2. Showroom Operations.
Due to an increase in Covid 19 cases in Miami Dade County our showroom will be closed to the public and available by appointment only from June 30th to July 5th. We hope to reopen to the Public on on Monday July 6th.
3. Continued client Support.
We will continue to provide support to new and existing clients during our reduced operating hours from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Mon – Friday. during these times all of our communication channels will be available. If you need assistance from past 6:pm please email us at projects@luxapatio.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
4. Virtual Project Consultations.
for your safety and the safety of our team we implementing virtual consultations, you can email us your survey, we will set up a time to discuss your project and we will prepare a detailed proposal. when the time is right, we are here to help you execute.
5. Respecting Personal Space.
During field visits and project kickoffs and construction, we will keep a safe distance from both staff and clients. We will also limit person interactions to the strictly necessary while following CDC guidance on person to person interactions.
6. Flexibility, Work From Home.
We have fully implemented our work from home and sick leave policy. All office and no essential staff have transitioned to a work from home model limiting personal interactions. Our sales staff will continue to conduct virtual appointments and our construction team will continue to operate while taking and precautions necessary. If you have an ongoing project our operations department will be keeping you up to date on the next steps and any changes.
During these difficult times we will continue to follow guidance from state and local officials with the health of our clients, staff and partners as our top priority. As part of the community we feel a commitment to try to continue to operate responsibly to play our part in helping normalize these difficult times.
